In our business areas of commercial and corporate law and in real estate law, we advise national and international entrepreneurs and companies in their day-to-day business as well as in all types of acquisitions and sales of companies or parts of companies and in all matters of corporate structuring. A further focus is legal advice on corporate succession.

In real estate law, we assist our clients in sophisticated transactions and all commercial issues relating to real estate, including tenancy and lease law. To strengthen our team we are looking for
