In the field of labour law, we assist companies of all sizes with all questions arising, from the legally secure drafting of employment contracts to the enforcement of their interests in the termination of employment relationships, including the conduct of negotiations with the works council or trade unions in the case of works agreements or collective bargaining negotiations.

Here, too, the principle applies that, together with our clients
our clients to find mutually agreeable solutions. If such solutions are not possible in an individual case, we represent our clients’ interests with all the necessary vigour in court.

In contrast to many other law firms specialising in commercial law, we have deliberately chosen to represent both employees and employers in labour law. We are convinced that concentrating on a single side inevitably entails a narrowing of the field of vision.

We are convinced that only those who regularly attack themselves develop optimal defence strategies – and vice versa.
