In all areas of our work, the principle applies that, together with our clients, we primarily seek out-of-court solutions, if possible even amicable ones. In many cases, avoiding a lawsuit is associated with considerable cost advantages and almost always with great time savings. This usually justifies taking the trouble to at least attempt an out-of-court settlement.

If this is not possible or not promising in an individual case, we also represent our clients’ interests in court with all the necessary vigour. Like all lawyers in Germany, we are not limited to our home courts, but are authorised to represent our clients in all legal proceedings throughout Germany.
